Appearance: Liberty is a slim man of average height with waist-length golden-blonde hair; his bangs are brushed to one side, covering the majority of the right side of his face, mainly due to the fact his face is badly burnt on his upper right side, and appears to keep his hair in a pony tail. The two, vertical dots he has on his forehead, from when he was a CROW. As well it appears the sclera of his good eye has turned black by the innocence in him, his pupils appear to be a dark blue too. He appears to have sharpen nails in the form of claws. But his Uniform appears to be split open sleeves and to show his arms up to his elbows, and his jacket flares out to a long tail. He appears to have form fitting pants with military boots. but a Noticeable trait of him, is his enlarged K9's that appear to be somewhat hollow due to the innocence.

Scars/Markings: The red dots on his forehead.



Personality:  He can appear to be somewhat distant to people and easily annoyed too. But as well he appears to prefer to find ways to solve things out himself, due to his old CROW habits. He as well can be quite clever at times, though most of the time he can be quite Impatient, and blunt about many things. He prefers to stick with animals to talk to other humans sometimes, But he will talk to someone that perks his Interests, then he will try to talk to them as much as he can. It appears as well he takes enjoyment from hurting Akuma and the Noah, hinting he maybe sadistic as well.   


History: Born in the US, mainly in New York City, he was the youngest of ten brothers and sister. His family was somewhat poor so he had to fight with his siblings to get something to eat, they even went far enough to burn him on his face. He left when he was ten, and went to try to find orphanage. But ended up being taken by the Black Order to be trained, so through many years of training, he became a CROW at sixteen, and then spent a 4 years with the CROW Units taking down traitors of the black order, and or helping though who wanted to forget it. But when the testing for the infamous third exorcists came to be, he was original picked but when, the American finders found a piece of Innocence that reacted to him, and then injected itself into him, he was transferred to become an Exorcist.

Powers and Abilities:

Physical Prowess
Even before becoming an Exorcist, due to the had gone through intense training at Central to be a member of CROW, Central's personal battle corps. He was shown to standing off against both Akuma and Exorcists.

Toxic Hell
It is unknown where his Innocence is located but it is believed to have split into his mouth and hands, but it appears his Innocence can produce to types of poison, and project it into his hands and K9's. It appears when invoked he can release an acidic poison from his hands that can liquify akuma and melt flesh upon contact. So he normal uses it through his nails, he can also transfer it into his punches. it comes off as a glowing liquid on his hands as well, and looks like it coming from his veins, hinting his blood is lined with this poison too. The poison in his K9's can actually kill, or slowly weaken someone through their movements, it can also cause dizziness and puking too. Though it appears it takes more poison, for which level of akuma.

Weaknesses
It appears he can't open his right eye at all, so he is blind in the side, so he prefers to fight with his left, as well it appears it someone hit him there he will go some a short shock for about 30 seconds. As well it appears his poisons affect both humans and akuma, so he must careful when on missions and training, so he ordered to only use his innocence on missions.
